Delivery details

How we deliver

  • Courier — FAN Courier and Dragon Star, anywhere in Romania.
  • MD Trade's own transport — in Bucharest, Ilfov and, on request, other areas.
  • Collection from our warehouse — in Buftea or Jilava, once we confirm the goods are ready.

Delivery times

Stock products are usually delivered within 24–48 hours of order confirmation and at most within 7 working days. Made-to-order or made-to-measure products have the lead time stated on confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may vary in exceptional circumstances.

Cost

The shipping cost depends on the weight, size and destination of the parcels and is shown on the order. Orders over RON 5,000 excluding VAT are delivered free of charge in Bucharest and Ilfov.

On receipt

Check the parcels in the presence of the courier, especially glass products. Shortages and damage must be noted on the delivery document and reported to us within 2 working days, with photos, as set out in the B2B Terms.
