Payment details

Portal prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Invoices are issued electronically and are also submitted through the Romanian national RO e-Factura system.

Payment methods

  • Bank transfer — to the account shown on the pro forma or tax invoice, by the due date on the invoice or in the contract.
  • Online card payment — secure payment through the Banca Transilvania processor; card details never reach us.
  • Cash on delivery — to the courier, on delivery.
  • Cash at our office — when collecting the goods, within the legal limits for cash payments between businesses.
