Returns Policy

MD TRADE CONCEPT SRL sells exclusively to businesses, so the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers (Romanian GEO 34/2014) does not apply. We nevertheless accept commercial returns under the conditions below.

What can be returned

• Stock products, unused and not installed, in their original packaging, complete and with labels intact, within 14 days of delivery.
• Returns are accepted only after approval by your sales agent, who will tell you how to return the goods.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer unless otherwise agreed. We may charge a restocking fee of up to 15% of the value for products returned for reasons other than a defect or our mistake.

What cannot be returned

• Made-to-order or made-to-measure products: cut glass, cut profiles, configured systems, products ordered specially at the customer's request.
• Products that have been installed, used, damaged or are without their original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the products, we issue a credit note and refund the amount or offset it against future invoices within 14 days. Defective products are handled under warranty; see Warranty.
